  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 beef hotdogs
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 1-2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 2-3 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of Buldak Carbonara ramen with sauce and seasoning packet
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • green onions for garnish
