  • 2 cups power slaw mix (cabbage, carrots, shredded Brussels sprouts)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shelled edamame
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (optional)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (for added crunch and flavor)
