- 2-3 lbs chuck roast

- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown gravy mix
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder m
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2-3 bay leaves
